\"Sleepless\", a 1969 novel by the prominent Egyptian novelist Ihsan Abdul-Quddous. The main character is Nadia, a spoiled young woman. Her parents are divorced and she tries to sabotage her father\'s relationships with any other woman. Like many of Abdul-Quddous\'s works, this novel has had film adaptations.
