Cairo Criminal Court postponed on Saturday the re-trial of 104 defendants of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group to December 31 to issue its ruling.
The defendants are accused of committing acts of violence and murder in Cairo's Dhaher district in July 2013.
They are also charged with possessing firearms, light arms and ammunition without license.
In May 2014, another court had sentenced 102 defendants to 10 years in prison and two others to seven years over violence charges.
The defendants were also fined EGP 20,000 and ordered a five-year probation period over the same charges, but the Court of Cassation canceled the sentences.
