Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah will leave for Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.

The Kuwaiti emir is leading his country’s delegation to the 15th consultative meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) leaders, which will take place in Riyadh.
