Local Development Minister Adel Labib will hold a press conference on Tuesday to respond to journalists' inquiries about the municipalities' role within the upcoming phase.
In a statement Monday, the Ministry of Local Development said that Labib will also talk about overseeing the implementation of law and the governors' role in this respect.
