Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Eng. Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf received at his office civil engineer from the Ministry’s Roads Planning and Design Directorate Ahmed Bu Asli who presented a copy of his Master’s thesis in Transport Engineering from Lincoln College. The thesis is titled ‘Roundabouts Operational Analysis and Improvement Techniques’.
The minister commended the efforts of Al Asli praised the content of his studies and researches that are directly related to the work environment.
