H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler`s Representative in the Al Ain Region, today received Sir Peter Cosgrove, Governor-General of Australia, and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun and the Governor-General discussed the friendly relations between the UAE and Australia in various fields.

Sheikh Tahnoun hosted a luncheon in honour of the Governor of Australia and his accompanying delegation.

The reception was attended by Sheikh Hazza bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Under-Secretary of the Ruler's Representative in Al Ain Region, Sheikh Dhyiab bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Director of the Martyrs’ Families’ Affairs Office at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, Dr. Obaid Al Heri Salem Al Ketbi, UAE Ambassador to Australia, Arthur Milton Spiro, Ambassador of Australia to the UAE, and a number of Sheikhs, senior officials and dignitaries.
