Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received auditors from Ernst & Young, headed by Suleiman Ajawi, the Director of the company's advisory services.

Head of Internal Audit at the Electricity and Water Authority Fuad Abdul Jalil Zainal, was present.

The visitors gave a presentation on the latest updates of the internal audit work at the EWA and plans to strengthen internal control. They also listened to the minister's remarks and guidance in this regard, especially with in relation to the implementation of the recommendations of the office of financial and administrative control.

Dr. Mirza praised the efforts of Ernst & Young and their long experience in their internal audit services to ensure the proper functioning of the EWA in an administrative and financial manner. 

The company's officials expressed their sincere thanks to the minister and officials of the EWA for their continued cooperation.
