HE Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah met here separately today with HE Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway Borge Brende , and HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uganda Sam Kotisa .
Discussions during the two meetings dealt with bilateral relations and ways of enhancing and developing them.
