Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim received visiting Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta on Monday.

Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) said during the meeting, they emphasized mutual keenness on boosting bilateral relations and establishing cooperative relations to promote economic and intercultural communication.

The two sides discussed the development of parliamentary, political and economic relations as well as expanding various investment partnerships, plus reviewing the latest regional and international developments.
