His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Athletics Association, received at Al-Wadi Palace the researcher Salem Rashdan.

His Highness praised the efforts of Rashdan in documenting the sports movement in the Kingdom, affirming that the researcher is one of the researchers that contributed in enriching the Bahraini sports by many of the books that he has written, playing a major role in enhancing Bahrain’s reputation internationally. At the same time, His Highness wished all the best and success to the researcher in his future endeavors.

Rashdan expressed his appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, valuing the distinguished efforts of His Highness in order to improve and advance the sports section in the Kingdom. He added saying that His Highness spared no efforts to foster Bahraini youths and support athletes. He concluded saying that he will continue to provide more works that documents the Bahrain sports movement.
