Jordanian King Abdullah II on Tuesday met with France's former prime minister, Francois Fillon, to forge closer bilateral ties, Jordanian Petra news agency reported.
During the meeting at Al-Husainiah Palace , they highlighted Jordan-France relations and voiced their eagerness to cement these ties and promote bilateral cooperation.
They also reviewed latest regional and international developments, in particular the efforts to ward off terrorism and challenges facing the region.
