German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Wednesday met Swiss President Johann Schneider-Ammann, currently on a visit to Berlin.

    During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries as well as a set of issues of mutual interest, particularly the issues of immigration and refugees.
