Environment Minister Khaled Fahmy left here Friday heading for Paris to partake in the second informal consultation meeting in the run-up to the 2015 Paris Climate Conference (COP21).
Fahmy has called for providing financial aid and upgrading technological potentials of developing countries to face the climate change phenomenon with the help of developed countries.
Meanwhile, Trade and Industry Minister Mounir Fakhri Abdel Nour returned home from China after a five-day visit during which he discussed with Chinese officials boosting bilateral cooperation and signed a number of agreements.
