Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Marshall Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa received Advisor to the Supreme Commander of the Yemeni Armed Forces of Yemen, Yemen’s Representative to the Joint Forces Command, Lieutenant-General Mohammed Ali Al-Maqdashi, on the sidelines of his participation in the Bahrain International Defence Exhibition and Conference (BIDEC 2017.

The BDF Chief welcomed Lt-Gen. Al-Maqdashi, hailing deep-rooted relations binding the two friendly countries.

The meeting was attended by Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (DERASAT) board of trustees’ chairman, Conference Committee chief and BIDEC Official Spokesperson Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa.

BDF General Command Court director Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Inspector-General Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Noaimi and Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations Ghanim Ibrahim Al-Fadhala were also present.
