Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby will meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during his upcoming visit to Moscow in early July, he said in an interview with Sputnik on Sunday.

The secretary general said the meeting will take up the developments of the Middle East peace process since their last meeting in Khartoum in December,

Araby will visit Russia to attend a meeting of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.
