Arab League Secretary Genera Nabil el Araby returned to Cairo on Monday after a two day visit to Algeria.
During the visit, Araby held talks with Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika to discuss the agenda of the coming Arab summit, slated for March 28-29 in Egypt's Sharm El Sheikh city.
