Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby received Chairman of the African Union Commission Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma on Tuesday.
Araby lauded the efforts exerted to strengthen the Arab-African cooperation.
The meeting took up the implementation of resolutions of the last African-Arab summit held in Kuwait in 2013 and preparations for the coming summit in Equatorial Guinea in 2016.
Both sides agreed on deepening cooperation to combat terror and the means by which the AL can benefit from the African experience in the field of forming joint forces.
