Algeria's President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has received a written message from his Zambian counterpart Edgar Lungu, dealing with relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields. 
    The message was received by the Algerian Abdelmalek Sellal during a meeting today with Zambia's Justice Minister Geffen Obinda, the Special Envoy of the President of Zambia. 
Discussions during the meeting dealt with ways of strengthening bilateral relations in various fields, as well as a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
