South Korea's human rights watchdog said Monday it plans to open a permanent exhibition hall on North Korea's human rights conditions in an effort to raise public awareness about the issue.
The National Human Rights Commission of Korea said details of the plan have not yet been decided, but the exhibition hall would be used to collect and display materials regarding human rights conditions in North Korea as well as pictures, videos and testimonies regarding the livelihoods of North Koreans.
