The culture and Aqwaf ministries signed a memo of understanding on Sunday to activate the state's cultural structure.
The memo mainly aims to promote culture through the spread of the values of tolerance, respect of others, justice serving and upgrading the religious discourse.
Educational courses will also be held for preachers before dispatching them abroad.
