Antiquities Ministry recovered 36 artifacts after being smuggled illegally to Spain, Antiquities Minister Mamdouh el Damaty said on Thursday.
In a statement, el Damaty asserted that his ministry seeks to restore any stolen artifacts, adding that Egypt has recently concluded many agreements with several countries to hand back any stolen Egyptian artifacts.
