Minister of Culture Khalida Toumi and Chinese Vice-Minister of Culture, Don Wey signed Friday at Moufdi Zakaria Palace of Culture in Algiers, a Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of a Joint Cultural Commission responsible for monitoring projects of cooperation between the ministries of culture of both countries.
