H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has praised the efforts of the administration of local Quran memorisation centres and their role in educating their affiliates and teaching them the Holy Quran, the hadiths, the Sunnah and the biographies of the Prophet’s companions.
The Ajman Ruler praised the care and support of the wise leadership, led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Their Highnesses Rulers of the UAE, for the Quran memorisation centres.
This statement was made as H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi received the directors of the winning Quran memorisation centres in Ajman, during the 8th edition of the Quran Memorisation Competition of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, GAIAE.
The Ajman Ruler welcomed the centres’ delegations while expressing his appreciation for GAIAE’s Quran Memorisation Competition, for its role in developing the mission of these centres, and encouraging children and their parents to memorise the Holy Book and compete in reciting it.
Dr. Mohammed Matar Al Kaabi, Chairman of GAIAE, praised the positive participation of the centres in Ajman while praising the support they received from H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi.
