US Lawmakers in the House of Representatives late Tuesday voted to pass legislation that forces President Barack Obama to move on the Keyston XL oil pipeline project within the next 60-days. The bill would also extend payroll tax cuts for 160 million Americans. However, Obama warned he will veto the measure if it passes in the Senate because he did not want to tie the pipeline bill with extending payroll tax cuts. The bill was approved in the House by 234 vote to 193 late Tuesday. The Democrat-controlled Senate is expecting to vote on the bill later this week. Estimates suggest building the pipeline to ship crude oil from Alberta\'s oil sands to the Gulf of Mexico would create 20,000 jobs right away and as much as 100,000 indirect jobs later on.
