Users shared pictures, videos on social media of the cracked all-glass phone

Apple's new iPhone X showcases ultra-modern design and is innovation par excellence. It has an all-glass body and is equipped with wireless charging. Apple has redesigned the handset in such a way that the entire front is taken up with an OLED screen.

With so many good features, one feels it is without any lacunae. But hold on! The flip side of a phone that's entirely made of glass is just emerging. Many owners have realized that owning such a phone needs deft and careful handling or the device can easily develop cracks.

Social media site Weibo has pictures which show the gadget with deep cracks running across the front and back of the device, Mirror reports.

Chinese tech blogger Huang Xiaowen also posted two pictures of the front and back of the phone with cracks on it.

Apple has said it will charge £286.44 to repair the screen.
