Samsung Electronics Co., the world\'s second-biggest mobile phone maker, said Tuesday that it has filed a complaint in France claiming that Apple Inc.\'s iPhone and iPad violated its mobile technology patents. The Korean company alleged that Apple infringed on three mobile-phone technology patents in a complaint filed with a Paris district court in July.
