The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey will sign a cooperation agreement with NATO Communication Information Agency (NCIA). Agreement will been penned by TUBITAK President Prof. Yucel Altunbasak and NCIA General Manager Koen Gijsbers on the sidelines of the 11th International Defense Industry Fair in Istanbul. The agreement would allow for cooperation in information technologies, information security and in research and development.
