The Ministry of Health is to launch a campaign on Sunday to boost mothers' awareness of the violence against children with well-trained social workers taking part.
The campaign seeks further care for children, protecting them against violence, Director of Social Health Department at the Ministry Dr. Yacoub Al-Kandari said in a press statement on Friday.
Material has been prepared targeting mothers, with the aim of reducing persecution against their kids, and providing them with due physical, mental and psychological care, Al-Kandari added.
