Police troops have dispersed a protest by Muslim Brotherhood students of Al-Azhar University in Nasr City.
Classes went on normal at the university.
Female MB students organized a march Tuesday outside the faculty of humanitarian studies.
They used firecrackers and chanted slogans against the security troops.
The protesters also demanded the release of their colleagues.
A small police force and university guards were able to end the protest a while later.
