President of Cairo University Gaber Nassar inspected Saturday colleges of law and arts within the campus on the first day of the academic year.
Nassar welcomed the new students and made sure that classes were going on smoothly.
Speaking to students, he stressed that the university improved the security system to face potential challenges, stressing that any malicious attempts to disrupt classes or the educational process as a whole would never be tolerated.
Meantime, he took part in some of the activities, organized by the university to celebrate the new school year.
