President of Azhar University Osama el-Abd signed on Thursday a memorandum of understanding and cooperation with President of the Islamic University of al-Madinah al-Munawarah Muhammad Ibn Ali al-Uqlaa. The MoU aims at establishing closer scientific links and exchanging knowledge and academic experience between the two universities. It will help in encouraging publication of university researches as well as furthering student activities and exchanging scholarships.
