H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, has issued Resolution No. 03 of 2017, regarding the formation of the Board of Trustees of the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy.
The Resolution is based on Law No. 02 of 2017 issued by H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah pertaining to the establishment and organisation of the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy.
According to the Resolution, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad will be the chairman of the Board of Trustees along with six other members.
The Law defines specialties of the Board of Trustees to implement the objectives for which the academy was established and to prepare its draft statute as well as endorse the agreements signed by the academy with universities, authorities, institutions and other entities operating inside the country and abroad.
The board will serve for a renewable term of three years.
