H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), chaired the meeting of SEC held this evening at the Ruler's Office.
The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi , Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Deputy Chairman of SEC.
The meeting discussed a number of issues, and adopted a number of resolutions that would develop the work in the Departments and Institutions of the Emirate of Sharjah.
After reviewing the minutes of the previous session, the meeting listened to an explanation of the draft law on procurement, tenders, auctions and warehouses for the Government of Sharjah.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Chairman of Sharjah Central Finance Department, reviewed the details of the draft law and stressed the importance of it .
After the discussion of the draft law by the members of the Council, the draft law sent to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah for ratification.
The Council adopted a Memorandum of Understanding to be held between the Department of Suburb and Rural Affairs and the Family Court.
The Council also reviewed a number of projects related to the Imams of the mosques and real estate units in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The Council reviewed the Emiri Decree No. 42 of 2017 approving the General Organisational Structure of the Real Estate Registration Department in the Emirate of Sharjah.
