Within their graduation project in Electronic Engineering at University of Bahrain, two students lately developed a robotic arm, which works with Android. The two students, Ibrahim Abdul Razaq and Saud Abdul Aziz said that in their graduation project for the first semester of this year they developed a robotic arm which performs three movements, and works with Android, as well as it can be controlled via Bluetooth. The two students also said that the robotic arm can be used in the industrial projects, in factories and in ports where it can lift heavy loads through developing it. The project of the robotic arm got the first position repeated, as the best graduation project in the Department of Electronic Engineering, and third place within the final qualifying for Khalid Bin Hamad Award for distinctive graduation projects. Meanwhile, the two students were satisfied with their project, lauding the distinctive environment provided by the University to implement the project and the cooperation of the technicians in the labs.
