HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Sunday instruments of ratification approved a cooperation agreement in the field of education, higher education and scientific research between the government of Qatar and the government of Kyrgyzstan. The agreement was signed in Doha 22/9/2014 .
