A female college student was stabbed to death in this southern city of Ulsan on Sunday after a drunken man randomly attacked her in the street, police said.
The 23-year-old man, surnamed Jang, is being interrogated after attacking the 18-year-old student at a bus stop near a shopping mall in Ulsan, 414 kilometers south of Seoul, on Sunday evening, the Ulsan Nambu Police Station said.
