Saudi Aramco concluded its program for environmental education and distinguished schools for boys and girls, teachers and students, and coordinators and supervisors from Riyadh Education Region were honored as well. The closing ceremony was held here yesterday evening in the presence of the Director of Saudi Armco’s Department of Environmental Protection Hisham bin Ahmed Al-Mesaieed and a number of officials of Saudi Aramco and the Ministry of Education. In a statement on the occasion, Al-Mesaieed stressed that the Initiative on Environmental Education toward the new generation is part of Saudi Armco’s commitment to social responsibility, its interest in the environment and safety as well as an extension of Saudi Armco’s efforts to raise the environmental awareness among young people in addition to another environmental programs being carried out by Aramco.
