The National Congress Party (NC) and the Egyptian Justice and Freedom Party will sign, Friday, at 1:30 at the NC\'s HQs a memorandum of Understanding . The two sides will also hold joint press conference to be addressed by the NC Deputy for Party Affairs, Dr. Nafie Ali Nafie and the Chairman of the Egyptian Justice and Freedom Party Saad Al-Katatni .
