Khartoum, capital of The Sudan, hosts Africa\'s Ministers of Telecommunications 4th conference scheduled for tomorrow. During the conference, issues of communications and ways of coordination and cooperation among African countries in the field of communication and information, infrastructure, networks security and reducing information crimes will be discussed by the ministers.
