The GCC technical committee for news agencies discussed in its 8th meeting on Monday a number of suggestions on developing cooperation between all member states\' agencies. Editorial and technical managers of GCC news agencies discussed all suggestions and ideas presented by the participants for more media, and technical cooperation. Moreover, they discussed holding training courses and workshops every four months, and establishing consultative committees specialized in the fields of internet systems, programming systems and strategic planning for information technology. The managers also discussed establishing a GCC channel on youtube, and a joint account on twitter and instagram. They noted the importance of categorizing the news on their joint website, creating a web page for news in English, adding photos, archiving and the ticker. The participants also exchanged ideas for the website\'s logo, which is being designed by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), through twitter. The suggestions and recommendations of the managers are set to be presented in the 17th meeting of the GCC news agencies\' officials on Tuesday.
