Communication and Information Technology Caretaker Minister Khaled Negm said he received a phone call from Prime Minister-designate Sherif Ismail who thanked him for his efforts in the communications sector during his tenure.

In exclusive statements to MENA on Friday, Negm said he is satisfied for his efforts in supporting the sector during his tenure.

Negm replaced Atef Helmy as Communication and Information Technology Minister in March.
