Prosecutor General Hisham Barakat on Monday ordered the arrest of El Bayan editor-in-chief over publishing "false news" about the killing of prosecutors.

On Monday, the paper reported on its website that six prosecutors were killed on Suez-Cairo highway.

The prosecutor general urged media to seek accuracy in such stories.
