The new Kia Cee’d goes on sale in the UK from 1 June, priced from £14,395. The all-new Cee’d is designed, engineered and built in Europe, and features a much higher quality interior than its predecessor. The second-generation model is available with four engines from launch, including 1.4 and 1.6 petrols, plus 1.4 and 1.6 diesels. The 126bhp 1.6-litre CRDi diesel fitted with stop/start is capable of 76mpg and produces emissions of 97g/km. It is priced from £16,295. The Cee’d is available in five trims: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 4 Tech. All models come with air-conditioning, a multifunction steering wheel, front electric windows, daytime running lights, remote central locking, a cooled glovebox, split folding rear seats, an iPod compatible stereo, USB port with Bluetooth, ESP electronic stability control and six airbags. Cee’d 2 adds 16-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, a leather steering wheel, cruise control and rear parking sensors. Cee’d 3 features automatic lights and wipers, dual-zone air-conditioning, sat-nav and a reversing camera. Cee’d 4 comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, heated leather front seats and a premium centre console. The top of the range Cee’d Tech 4 features a panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable driver\'s seat, the Parallel Parking Assist System with front parking sensors, Lane Departure Warning System and Xenon headlights.
