Leading luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover has launched the 2014 Range Rover Hybrid in Jordan. The model delivers powerful performance and lower CO2 emissions, on par with international environmental standards, said a statement. It is the first premium diesel SUV hybrid and combines a six cylinder power-plant that generates approximately 300 horsepower with the latest hybrid technologies, it said. The 2014 Range Rover Hybrid can also reach 60 mph from a standstill in 6.9 seconds. Abdimajid Haithar, general manager of Mahmoudia Motors, the sole dealer of the Jaguar Land Rover brand in Jordan, said: “We look forward to the launch of the 2014 Range Rover Hybrid, and are confident that its value-added, eco-friendly and fuel efficient features will appeal to a wider range of customers.” Source: TradeArabia
