Sunny and moderate conditions are expected to prevail Tuesday and Wednesday across much parts of the country with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds at times.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), a rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday creating relatively hot conditions in the mountainous areas and eastern plains and hot in other parts of the Kingdom. Winds will be southwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust at times.
Maximum temperatures expected today in most parts of the country will range between a high of 30 degrees Celsius and a low of 19 degrees, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will jump to 40 degrees dropping to 23 at nigh, the JMD added.
