A wave of bad weather hit Qena governorate Saturday.

The governorate witnessed heavy and medium winds as well as clouds which blocked the vision especially in the regions near the desert and mountainous areas.

Qena Governor Abdel Hamid el Hagan gave directives to the heads of cities to be ready for any emergency or the eruption of fire due to heavy winds.

The traffic general administration demanded drivers on highway and desert roads to follow traffic instructions to avoid accidents due to the blurred vision caused by the sand storm.
