Yeonggwang - Yonhap
A nuclear power plant on the southwestern coast of South Korea suspended operations early Friday as cracks were found in one of the steam generators, the state-run nuclear power operator said.
The nuclear reactor in Yeonggwang, 322 kilometers from Seoul, was shut down at around 6 a.m. after abnormal signs were detected at the steam generator tube, the Korea Hybrid and Nuclear Power said.
