Electricity Minister Imad Khamis said that terrorists attacked and sabotaged high voltage cables in the southern region, causing a power outage in the region.
In statements to SANA late Sunday, Minister Khamis said the maintenance teams are working on fixing the damage and that electricity will be restored gradually in less than 24 hours.
