Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Mohamed Hamed, on Saturday, met separately with the ambassadors of the United States and Britain and discussed with them ways to strengthen ties between Jordan and their countries in various fields.
The minister briefed the envoys on challenges facing the energy sector in Jordan and the high cost of the energy bill. He also highlighted potential investments in the energy domain. He also paid tribute to Jordan's pursuit to generate power from renewable sources, namely wind and solar energy.
