Unidentified gunmen blew up a gas pipeline on Monday in southeast of Arish city by placing explosive devices underneath.
The gas pipeline, which passes through Al-Tawil area, was devoid of gas and was an old line that stopped working, security sources were quoted by the Middle East News Agency (MENA) as saying.
The sources noted that the gas pipeline was blown up 27 times and with the recent one occurring on December 23, 2014.
